FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC

Dear Neal,

I am writing this letter since I thought the results of a study I did would interest you. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for maintaining a good business relation and doing what I consider an outstanding job for my patients in their personal injury claims.
I calculated the services rendered versus services paid in personal injury cases. I then sorted cases by the attorney who represented the patient, then compared the results by attorney.

The criterion was that each attorney had handled at least five completed cases, all cases were considered, i.e., "good" cases "bad" cases etc. All service cost for each attorney were added and divided by the total monies paid to that case.

Your statistics were as follows: Total cases 52 with 92.3% payout of total services billed.

Ranges of other "professional" were from 47.5% to 76.8% with a average total performance of 62.2%.

From my point of view and from reports back from my patients, you are doing a great job and your efforts are appreciated.

Sincerely,

W.K.
